1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email, password, profile details including age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals and experience level.

Health & Fitness Data: Step count, workout sessions, exercises, sets, reps, weights, body measurements, supplement logs, water intake, calorie tracking, and meal logs.

Device & Usage Data: Device type, OS, app version, usage patterns, crash reports, and push notification tokens.

        We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide you with a personalised fitness experience. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
      

2. How We Use Your Information

✓ Create and manage your TURTUL account
✓ Provide personalised workout plans, diet recommendations, and AI coaching
✓ Track your fitness progress over time
✓ Send workout reminders, hydration alerts, and supplement notifications
✓ Improve app features and fix bugs
✓ Process subscription payments and manage your plan
✓ Respond to your support requests

3. Health & Fitness Data

TURTUL integrates with Google Health Connect (Android) and Apple HealthKit (iOS) to read steps, distance, and calories burned. We do not share health data with advertisers, sell it to any third party, or use it for insurance or employment purposes.

You can revoke Health Connect or HealthKit permissions at any time through your device settings.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with enterprise-grade security — encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest using AES-256 encryption. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

•Supabase — Database and authentication
•RevenueCat — Subscription and payment management
•Google Health Connect / Apple HealthKit — Health data integration
•Firebase / FCM — Push notifications
•AI API — AI Coach feature (messages processed server-side)

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store. We do not store your payment information. Refund requests are handled by Google or Apple according to their refund policies.

7. Your Rights

•Right to Access — Request a copy of your personal data
•Right to Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
•Right to Erasure — Delete your account via Settings → Delete Account
•Right to Withdraw Consent — Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

8. Children's Privacy

TURTUL is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
