By creating an account or using TURTUL, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
TURTUL provides workout tracking, muscle heat map, AI coaching, meal logging, nutrition tracking, water intake tracking, step counting, progress analytics, and workout planning features.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, all activities under your account, and providing accurate information. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account — all personal data will be permanently removed.
TURTUL is NOT a medical device. All content, AI coaching, nutrition information, and workout suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell your personal data. You can request data deletion at any time. AI Coach messages are processed by third-party AI services — please do not share sensitive medical information with the AI Coach.

You agree not to use TURTUL to violate laws, impersonate others, upload malicious code, scrape data, or use the AI Coach for illegal purposes.
TURTUL is not liable for physical injuries from workout plans, inaccuracies in nutrition data, service interruptions, or any indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
